The Men Who Pickled Lenin

In April 2010, Hatch presented a work-in-progress of a unique open-source writing collaboration inside a giant cosmonaut at Nottingham Contemporary. USSR, 1924: Looking to tighten his grasp on a Communist future and create a Bolshevik god under his control, Stalin decrees Lenin’s corpse must be preserved. Permanently. For more information  please click here. The Men Who Pickled Lenin was programmed as part of the Star City exhibition at Nottingham Contemporary. Hatch’s co-directors, Nathaniel J. Miller and Michael Pinchbeck, also provided the voices for an installation by the internationally renowned artists Emilia and Ilya Kabakov.
